If you submit the form: the contact details you enter, and the advertising parameters present in the page URL when you arrived - the campaign source, medium and name, and the Google click identifier. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred.
Two third-party services run on the request page. HubSpot hosts the form and sets a cookie identifying your browser so a submission can be linked to the visit that produced it. Google's advertising tag reads the click identifier from the URL and stores it so a conversion can be attributed to the ad you clicked. Both act as processors for us under their own terms.
