Terms of service
These terms cover go-find-out: the scan at demo.gofindout.page and the go-find-out app for HubSpot. It is built and run by Broscorp LLC (“we”). Using either one means you accept these terms.
What go-find-out does
It checks whether your ad platforms, your landing pages and your CRM agree about where your leads came from, and reports what it finds. Every check reads. Nothing is written back to your HubSpot portal or your ad account.
It is free while it is in development. If that changes, we will say so before it affects you, and nothing you already use becomes paid without your agreement.
What you agree to
- Only connect what you are allowed to connect. Install the app only in a HubSpot portal you administer or have permission to install apps in, and connect only an ad account you are authorised to read.
- Only scan pages you are entitled to test. The scan loads the page you give it in an ordinary browser, as a visitor would.
- Don’t misuse the service. Don’t use it to overload a site, to get around someone else’s access controls, or to reverse-engineer or resell it.
If you break these and someone brings a claim against us because of it — for example, for a portal or ad account you connected without permission, or a page you scanned without the right to — you are responsible for that claim, and for our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
What a finding is, and is not
A finding is what we observed, with the evidence for it. It is not a guarantee. A page that passes worked for one ordinary browser load. That does not prove tracking works for every visitor, browser, or consent choice. Where several causes would leave identical evidence, the report names them and does not choose.
Decisions you make about your ads, your budget or your site are yours. We are not liable for them, or for spend, conversions or revenue gained or lost.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, while in development, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may be unavailable, change, or have bugs. A run can fail. When one does, the report says so rather than showing a clean result.
The checks read HubSpot and Google Ads through their APIs. Those platforms are not ours: if one is down, changes its API, or limits our access, a run can fail or come back incomplete, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Your data
What we do with your data says what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It is part of these terms.
Your HubSpot and Google data is used to run the checks for you and for nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not used to train any model.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Uninstalling the HubSpot app deletes everything we hold for that portal (the HubSpot app). We can suspend access that breaks these terms. If we shut the service down, we will give notice first.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so before the change takes effect, rather than quietly editing this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes about them go to the courts of Ukraine. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away, nothing here takes them from you.
